I have to say I think Tony & Jeff Vallone have a history of making incredible Roman-style thin crust pizza. They founded restaurants Grotto and La Griglia and I remember having their pizza when I was a teenager thinking it was the best pizza I had tasted. All my friends and family agreed. Well, there are some great pizza places in and around Houston but to me, none as good as Ciao Bello and Amici. If you're in the Galleria-area try Ciao Bello at San Felipe & Sage. If you're in Sugar Land try Amici Ristorante, located in the Sugar Land Townsquare...let me know what you think? - Gabe

Many of you know I work with the Vallone's and represent Tony's, Ciao Bello, Amici and Caffe Bello. However I still believe they have the BEST Pizza in Houston and Sugar Land.
